Ridges…ya know, I didn’t even -think- of that aspect. I know 3 men who own an Aneros. There is indeed a learning curve and it’s really unlike most other toys in the “how you use it” department.
The one thing I saw about this toy that I thought was an improvement over the Aneros was that metal ball….it’s to add a point of pressure/stimulation to the perineum from outside, and also the second “arm” to keep it in place.
